ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS & FAQ'S


ORDER CUT OFF TIME: Orders MUST be placed by noon a day before you need delivery. Example: For delivery on Wednesday, order Tuesday by noon, etc. For special orders, we may require additional time. Please contact us for more information. Please note: Your order is not considered "confirmed" until we receive payment for your order. We will email you once your order has been placed to confirm and discuss delivery day & time. REFUND POLICY: To cancel your order and receive a refund, you must notify us of your cancellation within 24 hours of your initial order. Any cancellation notices sent to us after 24 hours will not be refunded. 


DELIVERY: Delivery charge is $6.00. This covers a 20 mile radius from downtown Cleveland. Anything over 20 miles will incur a .50 cent per mile charge.  The delivery charge is automatically added to your order at checkout. 


PAYMENTS: We do not accept checks or pay upon delivery. All orders must be placed online. For special orders, please contact us for more info. 


GIFT ORDERS/GIFT CARDS: A free personalized card is included with a gift order, please email us the wording for your gift card. Email laura@labellacupcakes.com


SPECIALTY ORDERS: If you have a special request (cupcake topper, special design) we may need more than a 24 hour notice. Please contact us to discuss. 


ALLERGY INFO: All of our cupcakes and fresh buttercream contain dairy and wheat and are also made on shared equipment where soy & nuts are used. Our Gluten Free cupcakes are carefully baked separate from our regular cupcakes.
