Do you still have your storefront on Madison in Lakewood?
No. As many of you know, Laura was expecting a baby and we closed the storefront August 1st after the baby was born. We are now offering online ordering & delivery, catering & corporate orders. This is how we started our business back in 2009, so you could say we're going back to our roots!! We'd be happy to answer any questions you may have. 1. How do I place my order?
Please visit our Full Menu - Ordering page. The minimum order required is 1 dozen - one flavor per dozen unless you are ordering one of our variety pack options. If you have a wedding, corporate event or other large event, please contact Laura via email @ email@example.com and we can discuss alternate ordering options.
2. I have a gift card that I purchased in your store, can I still use it for online orders?
Yes, gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. Please contact Laura via email @ firstname.lastname@example.org so we can process your order manually since we do not have the ability to accept your gift card through our online ordering system. You will be charged a fee for delivery. Gift cards that were bought as a "special" cannot be combined with any other coupons or offers.
3. I have a sponsor card, can I still use my sponsor card?
Definitely!! Sponsor cards never expire. Please contact Laura via email @ email@example.com and we will process your order manually. There is no delivery fee for sponsor orders.
4. I'm getting married, how do your consults work?
Our consults are personalized for each bride. Please contact Laura at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will talk about your wedding date, how many people you are expecting, and how many flavors you'd like to taste on the day of your consult. We come to you and bring our delicious cupcakes for you to try. If you decide to book your wedding with us, we require a 50% deposit down, and the remaining is due 4 weeks prior to the wedding. We will bring pictures for you to peruse, and discuss all the details regarding your special day. The wedding consult is $25 and can include up to 4 flavors.
5. Do you offer Gluten Free & Sugar Free Cupcakes?
Yes, we do offer Gluten Free cupcakes. Please see our ordering page. The Gluten Free cupcakes are $2.75 per cupcake. We no longer offer Sugar Free Cupcakes.
6. Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, we do offer discounts to our Corporate Clients. Your discount is based on your order volume. Please contact Laura via email @ email@example.com and we can discus your ordering options and discounted rate.
7. You don't deliver on Saturday's or Sunday but my wedding is on a Saturday, will you still deliver?
Yes, the exception to our delivery schedule is that if a wedding or other large event is booked for a Saturday, we will still deliver. We do not offer delivery on Sunday's, but your order can still be delivered on Saturday and will remain fresh until Sunday.
8. How should my cupcakes be stored?
Unless otherwise noted in the flavor description, our cupcakes do not have to be refrigerated. Refrigerating does keep them fresher longer though. If you decide to refrigerate them, before you eat them, remove them from the refrigerator and allow them to sit at room temperature for about 1/2 hour.
9. Can you freeze your cupcakes?
Yes, our customers have frozen our cupcakes and have said that they are still delicious even after frozen and then thawed. Please make sure the cupcakes are wrapped in a freezer safe bag or container, and remember when you thaw them to thaw at room temperature without the wrapping or bags as this will cause condensation.

11. Do you have a storefront?
We used to have a storefront, but closed on August 1, 2012 after the birth of our baby. We now only offer online orders & delivery. Please see our full menu & you may place your order directly through our website. Be sure to include the delivery address and delivery date for your order upon check out.
