How to redeem: Click-n-Shout or Savvy Certs

Please see below for information regarding your certificate, what it includes, what the restrictions are and. Please note the expiration date of your certificate and use before the expiration date otherwise it will expire and you will not receive a refund. Regarding delivery: The delivery area is a 20 mile radius of Downtown, if you are further, we will still deliver, but an extra delivery charge will be incurred.
How to Redeem your Certificate: - Go to the cupcake flavor page and pick the cupcake according to what your certificate specifies. NOT ALL FLAVORS ARE AVAILABLE depending on your specific certificate.
- In the "order" box enter 12 (for 1 dozen) and click "order"
- You will then be taken to the order page which will show you the amount of cupcakes you have ordered and price.
- Scroll down and enter your certificate code (NO DASHES) in the discount coupon field.
- Click "recalculate" if you have only ordered 1 dozen, it will take your order down to $0.00. Click continue to check out and specify any special delivery instructions.
Deal Includes: - 1 dozen cupcakes - one flavor (certificates exclude sugar free & gluten free)
- Delivery is Included (20 mile radius from Downtown Cleveland) we'll deliver further, but additional delivery charge will be incurred.
- You'll get an assortment of our beautiful cupcake wrappers
- You can buy now - use later. Please look at your certificate for specific expiration dates.
- For this deal only (please allow 48 hours from the time you place your order to delivery. Thank you). If our delivery schedule is full for the week, your order will be processed first thing the following week.
Restrictions: - 1 coupon per customer - You can purchase more than one, but can only redeem 1 per week per customer.
